Every staff member—from the front desk to the veterinary technicians and doctors—is wonderfully kind, patient, and compassionate. They take the time to thoroughly evaluate my dogs, listen carefully to all of my concerns, and ensure everything is addressed before we leave. Dr Oliver and her staff are truly exceptional. They give you that personalized old school treatment where you and your loved furr baby are on a first name basis. Where they don’t have to search endless names on a computer to know who you are, where the staff are as familiar and kind as you’d expect a family member to be. This is not like those vets that have been taken over by corporate faceless giants. In a world of Goliaths, Dr Oliver remains the hero David.
